Welcome to ZAB Sports Apparel. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our Business

ZAB Sports Apparel manufactures custom sportswear to order, from our facilities in Sialkot, Pakistan. Products are made according to specifications approved by the customer before production — see our full How It Works page for the ordering process.

2. Ordering Process

Orders generally follow this process: initial quote → design and artwork approval → optional sampling → payment → production → delivery. Full detail is available on our How It Works page. By approving artwork, samples, or final specifications, you confirm those details are correct before production begins.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 50% advance before production starts and 50% before shipment, via bank transfer, Wise, Western Union, Revolut (European customers), Remitly, or MoneyGram. Currencies accepted: USD, EUR, GBP.

4. Pricing

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date the quote is provided. Once a price has been quoted, it does not change — if material or shipping costs increase before your order is completed, ZAB Sports Apparel absorbs that difference rather than passing it on to you.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership of the final design belongs to the customer — including designs created by ZAB Sports Apparel's own design team based on your requirements, not just designs you supply yourself. We do not display completed customer designs in our portfolio, website, or social media without your separate permission.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

7. Limitation of Liability

ZAB Sports Apparel's liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays, customs delays, or force majeure events.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where ZAB Sports Apparel is located and operates.
